1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within France only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
We offer the following shipping options:
Livraison Standard
- Cost: Free
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
Livraison Express (Colissimo + Assurance contre perte et dommage)
- Cost: €4.90
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT+1)
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Processing days: Monday to Friday
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted delivery carriers such as Colissimo and other recognized logistics providers.
5. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
No hidden fees or additional shipping charges will be applied after the order is completed.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
FlexiTable is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, shipping address changes may no longer be possible.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged deliveries, we may request photos of the package and product to assist with the investigation.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome for our customers.
10. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund or replacement will be processed.
